I absolutely love this team! They are honest, reliable and quick! Anytime I made the 'I don't get it face' they are excellent at explaining what's been done or needs to be done. I called trail tire and they told me they price matched but when I brought in paper quote they told me they won't price match thanks for wasting my time and lying to me. I will never return to any trail tire store again.
The representative/sales member is very rude. I called in to ask for rims, he answered in a very bad manner. It was around 9 in the morning and I get that everyone is trying to wake up but you don’t have to let out your temper to your customers. I think the manager or owner of this store should evaluate everyone in their team member on how to give a proper behaviour towards its clients or customers. If I only know the name of the representative, I will drop his name here to let him know that he made us very uncomfortable.
I have come here on many occasions and dealt with many different people, and each and every time has been wonderful. Seriously great service and awesome people who work at this location. Definitely 5 stars!
