Frank is an employee who works at the front desk. I asked for an out of province car inspection and he gave me an ordinary inspection. Took advantage of the fact that I was NEW moving from Saskatchewan to Alberta. I lost $95 because of this. I felt he lacked UNDERSTANDING. I would not recommend this location.
I am very surprised to read such a review, Frank has always been very explanatory with me and having listened to him talking with other customers while waiting for my vehicle. I feel something is missing here. Keep up the GREAT service Frank!!!!
The lovely folks at OK Tire Whyte Ave absolutely rock! They've spent the last 6 months helping me out with a trouble vehicle and have gone above and beyond to sort things out. Where other vehicle shops take opportunities to bleed customers for every cent, OK Tire Whyte Ave give you the honest answer and plenty of options to choose from with how to deal with the issues at hand. If there was ever a shop that demonstrated amazing customer service and technical proficiency, it would be this location!

This place was recommended by another mechanic. They did a full inspection on my old doge and they are priced well:)
