Shout out to Tyson! Very friendly and welcoming team while providing topnotch service.
I took my car into OK Tire for an oil change, wheel alignment, and tire rotation. Tyson was prompt with his estimate, and the invoice was within $16 of the estimate (which rarely happens anywhere else). Also, while the car was on the hoist, the mechanic noticed an issue with the front differential case. Since the car is a 2022, and has less than 75,000 km, Tyson recommended I get the dealership to see if the work can be done under warranty. I appreciate the honesty, and will return because of it.
Jackie at the counter was very knowledgable & great at communicating my vehicle’s needs. 100% will come back for the no nonsense help. Highly recommend & Jackie should get a raise for the great customer service.
