Fabulous staff and excellent work! Brandon, Korena, and the entire team are outstanding. This is the only place we trust with our vehicles. They consistently provide knowledgeable recommendations and clearly understand what’s going on with our cars. Their work is fast, efficient, and always goes above and beyond expectations.
It's always a great experience dealing with the crew at OK Tire. Dropped off tires with Brandon this morning for a change over and within an hour I received a text that they were done and ready for pickup. Karina is great too,she actually comes out and helped getting my tires for me,she's not afraid of breaking a nail,thanks Karina! I can't say enough about this business,I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else! Great job folks, see you next time!
This is one of the best shops I've ever been to! Today, I was driving my SUV when it started making a dreadful noise. I had no idea what was wrong, but I was scared to continue driving, so I parked in the Walmart parking lot. My mom called and spoke to the shop manager and she sent Brandon out to help me. He came drove it turns out it was a bloody rock that was stuck!!! Went to OK Tire today to get a flat repaired on my wifes Subaru,it was crucial to get this repair ASAP due to her job at Canada Post.After getting turned away from 2 other shops in Stony Plain due to the fact of everyone is getting winter tires on I ended at OK Tire and I'm so happy I did.
