Wonderful customer service! My family and I were headed back to Niagara and noticed I had a nail in the tire. Stopped at Canadian Tire first and the cost was $80 dollars to repair and it was going to take an hour and a half for it to be repaired. Stopped by OK Tire and they patched up my tire in 20 mins and it cost half the price. Thank you again! I will certainly be back to purchase tires!
Able to get me going fast
Ok tire was absolutely amazing at helping me with my passenger tire that almost fell off my car while driving down queen street at a very busy time.....I had to pull into the middle section of the road between the 2 lanes....the ok tire employee John showed up within 10 mins of my call and was so polite and very quickly assessed the tire and made the call to take it off and he pulled out my spare tire and put it on for me while cars and trucks were flying by him ....he then proceeded to check my other tires to make sure they... read more
