Phone call customer service is the best gauge I have on a business before I purchase anything from them. Today the first impression of OK Tire and the support that I received on the phone was wildly telling as to the customer service I would receive if I were to purchase tires from there. Called asking about what the widest tire I can fit on my stock rims would be, and the reluctance to give me any sort of answer was crazy. Wonderful customer service! My family and I were headed back to Niagara and noticed I had a nail in the tire. Stopped at Canadian Tire first and the cost was $80 dollars to repair and it was going to take an hour and a half for it to be repaired. Stopped by OK Tire and they patched up my tire in 20 mins and it cost half the price. Thank you again! I will certainly be back to purchase tires!
