Came to this place because all the good reviews. Got new tires. They completely messed up the alignment. Car is vibrating crazy on road. The steer wheel is misaligned by 60 degrees. Went back to ask them to fix. They said it is just the way it is. Told them my car was totally normal before this and they messed up. They refused to look anymore and told us they don’t have time until a month later. Went to a different shop and they fixed it. Wasted a lot of money because they messed up
Samson and John are Amazing. Had I not worked in another shop, this place seems like a great place to work and bring my car for.
I had a great experience at this tire shop. Every member of the team was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options clearly, which made the whole process stress-free. On top of that, everyone had a fantastic attitude, friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in providing excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.
