Blair and Logan went above and beyond with their service! They didn’t just fix my tire — they inspected a bunch of other things on my car and made sure everything was safe and in good shape before I left. They explained everything clearly, were super professional, and still got it all done in a timely manner. I really appreciated how friendly and thorough they were. I left feeling confident my car was well taken care of. Highly recommend this team!

I previously had posted a bad review on this location, the issue was due to work provided but was more so aimed at the one employee who should absolutely not be in any direct customer service related role by the name of Hunter because customer service is not his strong point. ⭐ 1-Star Review — Worst Experience Ever If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my brand-new rims to Trail Tire for mounting and they scratched and damaged them during the job. Before starting, the staff assured me that if any damage occurred and it was their fault, they would take responsibility. That turned out to be an outright lie.
