Started using Ok tyre Jagare Ridge recently, received great service, good communication and repairs were fully explained to me which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone.
Very professional service department! I felt that they were very quick and delivered their promise of having my car ready exactly when they said they would. Reception lady was very respectful and kind. Will return in a heartbeat!
Clean inside but I waited almost two hours just for a tire swap. Also, not very friendly staff. I will not be coming back to this location. UPDATE: I don't want to rant here, so I will just say this. If you are able to receive good service here, great. I'm glad you didn't have to experience what I did. If you have valid questions or concerns you want to address with them, they will not hesitate to be confrontational, rude, and condescending in the most passive-aggressive manner.
