The guy at the front didnt care much when I told him that I am dropping a car for inspection it felt like they were taking business casually after knowing that I am from a dealership and dropping off the vehicle for a client of mine for an inspection felt like hes doing me a favor for inspection on a vehicle, took forever for the guy to come out and take the keys which he could have taken too, it should have been the same attitude for customer service as you would give to anyone, you're getting paid.

Full disclosure on this one. This is the sister location to the one I manage in Leduc, so I am biased. This shop earned a bad reputation under the previous ownership. Stop in & meet Jay & Christian, they'll look after you.

Woke up to a small leak, stopped in without a appointment, they were the first place i seen and quite frustrated as i had alot of things to do that morning. N the service was wonderful, i was put at ease and squeezed in to get me back on the road as fast as they could. They were so nice i will definitely go back just for the fast efficient service and kindness they showed me.
