I had a terrible experience at OK Tire, and the biggest problem by far was the manager, Mikey. I brought my vehicle in for service, and when I got it back, the same issues were still there. I raised this with staff, and they told me the issue would be handled by their manager, Mikey. That’s when things went from bad to unbelievable. Definitely ask for Craig. He knows the vehicle from inside out and provided great examples of how specific rims/tires and hubs can be. Would highly recommend, exceptionally knowledgeable. In March 2025, OK Tire replaced our transmission. In October 2025, we went back for an oil /tire change and they told us the transmission fluid was way overfilled and said they’d drain it and do an oil /tire change. We paid $260.40 and left assuming the work was done. In November, we noticed the car not running smoothing and brought it to another shop ( as the main mechanic was off for personal reasons)the shop we trust found no oil on the dipstick and the transmission fluid still overfilled. Lynn and Toni really helped out!
I can't express how amazing this place is. I baught new tires, they were put on with care and they got me in quick. The front reception was amazing with helping me pick the best tires for my jeep. My e break malfunctioned on crowchild. Causing smoke and bringing me to a scary stop. I panicked and called the front desk. The manager came to my rescue! They got my car back to the shop and brought me back safely. They went above and beyond. They are always happy to help even with the smallest questions. I won't go anywhere else!... read more
