Incredibly kind, helpful, and get the job done!
I had the most amazing service I've ever had with an auto shop today. I had 2 lug nuts that wouldn't come off my car (I tried everything), I called around to the dealership and other garages but the earliest I could find was next day afternoon (that wasn't even the dealership).... Fast forward to almost losing hope that I'd never get the lug nuts off and would have to pay a lot of money to get the lug nuts off..... I got four new tires there, and each and every one had a slow leak. I took the car in for one tire, they didn' t believe me. I showed pictures of the psi discrepancy ( one day 225, next day 186), they * fixed my tire NOT. They said they resealed it. And charged me $45 for their shoddy work to begin with. Next tire leak, $55, and re- sealed NOT. I took my car in to another garage when they actually put SEALANT on the rims and said there was never any sealant out on those two tires. Will NEVER go to Not So Ok Tire again.
Bad communication guys probably didn't get enough coffee that morning
