Great experience at OK Tire today!! I went in asking for 4 new tires and they took a look and recommend to only replace 2! Perfect opportunity for them to make a bigger sale but considered my finances first, so appreciated! Will be back and will recommend to everyone!!
I just bought new tires from OK tire Cobourg. I did my research and found the best price at Costco during their sale but I’m so glad I called OK as they matched and bettered the sale price and gave me great service as well. I highly recommend OK tire.
2025: OK Tire fixed slow leaks on all my tires a few years ago. Price was reasonable and they have professional equipment for wheel balancing. Recently one of those tire developed a slow leak. They fixed it for free.
Very friendly and helpful staff
I had a problem with my tires...talked with guy on desk... promised a call the next day after talking with Colleen..2 weeks later still no call so I went back....he said Colleen hadn't got back to him....I said can you talk with her and no matter what the answer is can you please call me and let me know....crickets...5 days later still nothing so I contact head office...I then finally get a text from cobourg ok tire...no warranty . Absolutely brutal after the sale service from male service advisor. Won't buy there again.
