I have to say, I’m not someone who generally feels compelled to write reviews. With that being said, the service I have received on multiple visits makes me wish I could leave 10 stars. Andrew, Sean and Glenn are a great group of stand up guys, and will make sure to put their best work forward every service. To put it simply, they treat each car like it is their own. Andrew & team are the best. Always take great care of me.
Customer service here is nonexistent. I unfortunately won't be returning after being a customer here for a few years. The last two tire change appointments I have had they were well behind schedule. The first time it was 30 min past my appointment time before they took my car in and most recently it was 50 minutes past my appointment time before they took my car in. I recently had the tires on my truck re-balanced and both Andrew and Sean were very professional and helpful. In the process they discovered 1 tire was beyond spec of their Hunter Road Force balancer, so they got me a replacement. I also had them mount tires on my summer wheels for my car and they did a perfect job. Extremely professional and prompt service - with a smile, and a very reasonable price. I'm a customer for life! Had two cars done. My kia needed breaks done and they did an amazing job with great prices, I had to get my Nissan's tire checked and they didn't even charge my wife for the diagnosis. Great price for the product and the installment. Highly recommend.
