Customer service here is nonexistent. I unfortunately won't be returning after being a customer here for a few years. The last two tire change appointments I have had they were well behind schedule. The first time it was 30 min past my appointment time before they took my car in and most recently it was 50 minutes past my appointment time before they took my car in. I recently had the tires on my truck re-balanced and both Andrew and Sean were very professional and helpful. In the process they discovered 1 tire was beyond spec of their Hunter Road Force balancer, so they got me a replacement. I also had them mount tires on my summer wheels for my car and they did a perfect job. Extremely professional and prompt service - with a smile, and a very reasonable price. I'm a customer for life! Had two cars done. My kia needed breaks done and they did an amazing job with great prices, I had to get my Nissan's tire checked and they didn't even charge my wife for the diagnosis. Great price for the product and the installment. Highly recommend.

I had the most amazing service I've ever had with an auto shop today. I had 2 lug nuts that wouldn't come off my car (I tried everything), I called around to the dealership and other garages but the earliest I could find was next day afternoon (that wasn't even the dealership).... Fast forward to almost losing hope that I'd never get the lug nuts off and would have to pay a lot of money to get the lug nuts off.....
