Very friendly and quick service!
My daughter was on her way to Kingston and got a flat tire . She put air in the tire but as a concerned father I told her you must stop at a tire shop to get it checked out . So I called OK TIRES in Cobourg . They told me not to worry about it and tell her to bring it in . So she stopped by and they did a four tire inspection and addressed the issue and she was on her way in no time . They’re always so wonderful, I’ve been going here for well over 5 years now, and have never had any issues! Ive tried other mechanics in town when needed and today reminded me of why I’ve always stuck with Ok Tire. My muffler fell off, and not only did they book me in as soon as they could, Andrew printed me a diagram, went over everything, offered me multiple solutions and what THEY can do for me but where I can go for a more cost effective fix! I have to say, I’m not someone who generally feels compelled to write reviews. With that being said, the service I have received on multiple visits makes me wish I could leave 10 stars.
