Our trailer wiring failed (and we were pulled over by the OPP) in Kap. We went to OK Tire and they started working on it right away. The technician, Sylvian, tested the wires and the bulbs, found replacement parts and got us going within an hour. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front of the shop and overall a very good experience for us.
We were 2h into our commute to Red Lake, ON when our trailer hitch came off the ball on Hwy 11. We called OK Tire, they took us in right away and fixed our faulty hitch and sent us back on our way. Amazing service and couldn’t thank you enough for exceptional service. Shoutout to the owner!

Absolutely 💯 recommend if you are in the kapuskasing area. Very friendly staff that greet you with a smile. I was 14 hours into a 3 day road trip and when I was turned away from 6 other shops for being too busy. Not only did OK Tire find time to squeeze me in they pointed out a couple things that could have bit me down the road like a valve stem that was one good bounce away from ripping itself right off.
