These people were incredible to us. First of all, they changed our RV Tire that day within an hour. Then I had forgot to plug in my seven pin plug into the back of the car and it and the highway destroyed it. So they fixed that up for us too within 2 hours. They sat and talked with us. Let us know what was going quick and prompt. At first it looked like we'd have to get someone else to do or plug in. They even phoned other places to see if they could do it and even with that they still did it within an hour. Just fantastic s... read more

Brought it in for an alignment and they are charging me for an inspection I didn’t ask for and being argumentative. Won’t even take that price off the alignment and no warning me of extra changes. If you don’t warn people don’t charge it, that’s fraudulent. Guys there are awesome, never had an issue with them. If they ever switch managers it would probably be fine. I walked into ok tire, first thing everyone did was look at me,maybe because im a big native guy. I tried to explain to guy at computer about my front tires,before I could explain he asked where my vehicle was and took me outside, he says to me outside that I can't just show up,and I have to call in and make an appointment. So I went to fountain tire and at fountain tire they were friendly and treated me like an individual plus they fixed my truck.
