Had brakes done here a while ago. Pads were installed in the wrong positions, resulting in uneven wear and premature replacement.
These guys should have more than 5 stars. I’ve been bringing them my cars for over 10 years and they’ve only ever impressed me. We moved out of town a few years ago and I actually go out of my way to make the 6 hour drive to Kelowna to have them do my car work whenever possible. My go to shop in Kelowna for automotive repair. You can just tell when you walk in that they are a cohesive team. From the service advisors up front to the techs in the back ...... top rate service. The owner and the manager are great guys , which shows in their team , as this kind of culture has to start at the top. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Dillworth location handles all of our fleet needs and they are great at working in appointments with minimal downtime. Service is always so friendly
Just a quick visit dubblez. CHeck a concern I had my usual place tell me 1.7 years ago I needed new brakes @ 3mil I was told.. and I siad a good years worth for me.🤣. Hyundai Vernon said I didn't need new brakes rear or front 🤔..they knew I didn't..... but I wanted to know for sure when I got my tires changed... what's left on the back as I was told yes and no 😕 ok tire knows what to do And said 70%lower end front avrige and 70% high on the back Avrige..
