One of my tires would not take in air and was starting to go flat. I thought it was a tire valve issue and was worried to drive to work. I went in and asked for help and one of the team members at the front desk (I wish I had asked his name!) immediately took a look at my tire. They have terrible service and I recommend choosing another location！When I was about to arrive, I used Google Maps to navigate to their store. Since I'd never been there before, I followed the directions exactly, but the navigation led me to what they claimed was the wrong entrance. Once I arrived at their store, they kept telling me it wasn't the correct entrance and insisted I should use a different one. Bought snow tires here and had them mounted on steel rims I supplied. They still charge you for swapping tires even though I didn’t have them mounted onto my car.
