I had a fantastic experience at OK Tire Auto Service on Kingsway in Burnaby! I initially thought I had picked up a bolt in my tire, but the team quickly inspected it and confirmed that the bolt did not go through. Legendary OKT baby. Keep it going! Easier said than done. This is great testament and establishment that represents an era of auto repair shops that have sadly faded away. It may not appear much from a external point of view, ( the outside ) but dont knock it, until you've tried it. Great shop. I've got to tip my hat to the techs who work tirelessly outdoors all year around. Go show your appreciation and gratitude.
Very bad experience. They change line up by themselves. Especially, coordinator guy. He chasing money only. There is no expectation about customer service and he must know FIFO. If your car had a small issue, You don't need to visit earlier here. Just go different repair shop.
