Had a vehicle in for wheels and tires to be removed and swapped over to another set of wheels. The tires to be installed were directional tires, 3 out of 4 tires were put on in the wrong direction. All valve stems from my old wheels were removed and not re installed, I went back and asked for my valve stems but they were misplaced. The guy on the desk was kind enough to give me 4 brand new valve stems. I also had a different vehicle in for an oil change. The oil and filter was replaced, but the oil level was overfilled. Jeff and crew were amazing!! After driving across the county a wheel alignment problem reared it’s ugly head and we need two new Toyo’s. A call was all it took and Jeff ordered and had them waiting when we arrived two days later. The boys in the back got us aligned and back on the road in a couple of hours. Ok Tire, Grand Falls — the best!!
Cannot recommend this garage enough!!! We had purchased 4 studded winter tires and had them installed here for an amazing cost! Also ran into trouble and stopped in 15 minutes before closing. They didn’t hesitate to help! Will be returning for sure..
