EDIT: Since the ownership has changed hands, I do not recommend this place. If I could leave zero stars I would. HOWEVER, if Sean is still there, he will take care of you as they fired the other jerk. I highly recommend ok tire. They are so professional and efficient. They are now our mechanic shop for everything we need.
Terrible customer service experience at the OK Tire Pickering location. I came in for a drop-in wheel alignment and was told by Shawn that the wait would be at least an hour, though he couldn’t provide a proper estimate. After only 5 minutes — and before my car had even been brought into service — I realized I couldn’t rearrange my other commitments and politely asked for my keys back, mentioning I would return another time. Steering wheel rattles after tire change. Apparently they hate clients and making money. They do not go here everyone. They have a low rating for a reason.
