Great to work with and very affordable.
Called for a simple wheel rebalance after my tire lost its balance weights. Instead of the normal service, I was told it would cost double because “the tire is cold” and they need to warm it up first. Tire shops balance wheels all winter in Canada. Charging extra for “cold tires” sounds like an excuse to overcharge for a basic 15-minute job. Very disappointing.
stopped by today as had a flat on our way north. didn't have what we needed, even called another store. added air to our spare as well. great service
Got my tires, rims, and TPMS installed at OK Tire and couldn’t be happier. The service was quick, professional, and everything was done right the first time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they made sure everything was balanced and programmed perfectly. It’s always great supporting a shop where you know the team takes pride in their work — shoutout to my buddy who works there! Highly recommend OK Tire for anyone needing tire or rim work done.
