I don’t have a personal friend or family member who is a mechanic, so I feel very grateful for having found OK Tire. Honest and clear explanations of what is needed, helpful staff, understanding when I need to change my appts because a kid is sick - which is often, just great service all around. Every visit I feel valued and I always drive away feeling taken care of.

We cannot thank OK Tire enough. On New Year’s Day, with only 40 minutes to spare, they took us in when we were in a really scary situation. Our vehicle was sliding all over the highway, and it honestly could have ended very badly. The staff didn’t hesitate — they helped us immediately, were professional, calm, and incredibly kind. They literally saved us and turned a dangerous day into a safe one. This is the kind of service you never forget.
