They called when the tires arrived, scheduled the installation, and everything went smoothly. The tires performed well until about a month ago (November), when the cooler weather began, and I noticed the front tires were losing air every 2-3 days. TLDR; Ok Tire caused $2k damage on our truck and refused to pay for a rental car that we already had OR get a cheaper one, adding another week onto our estimated repair time. 0 stars, if possible. My husband and I purchased a brand new truck last year and unfortunately, it was in an accident last month due to a novice driver in a roundabout, causing near $11k in damage.
