It’s my third time In Windsor ok tire, the fantastic service is really deserved respect, I would like to say it’s the best company culture! All people work there just make you feel warm ! Today I started my car found low pressure, so I managed drive 10 mins to Windsor OK tire , I went to the receptionist asking if I can got my car a check ASAP or I can wait 2-3 hours if too busy . Terrible service today! Had an appointment for our winter tire change and after waiting 2 1/2 hours, learned they were short staffed. Would have been nice to have that information or the option to rebook on arrival. And the best they would give for a returning customer's time was 15% off! EDITED FOR AN UPDATE - Customer's complaints shouldn't be necessary to receive great service but we did get a call, a sincere apology, and a full refund within 48 hours. Tried to oversell lug nuts to me. 700$ to change them all (5 are stripped) and a tire change. Wont be going back.
I went to OK Tire for a wheel alignment, and after about half an hour, they informed me that they couldn’t complete it due to some issues with my car — which I completely understand. However, during the process, the technician took quite a while (around 15 minutes) just to start my car while I was sitting inside, and I wasn’t aware of what was happening.
