Went in today to have my winters changed to summers. Tyler (Manager) brought me into the shop to show me an issues that I was unaware of in the fall. His honesty and acknowledgement of the issue was welcomed, along with a solution. This might be one of the most honest mechanics I have ever been to. He did not do what most unfortunately do, treat me like a women who knows nothing, and did not put the blame on me. This will be my forever mechanics, while I live in Windsor NS.
Was there today they were friendly polite and respectful
Pretty terrible service. Brought my car in for an alignment and replace upper control arm. They rounded off the bolt, came out two hours later told me they couldn’t do it. Still want me to pay for getting absolutely nothing done….. only rounded off bolts. No alignment, no apologies. Just want my money…. Do better
Free hot chocolate and my kid pooped his pants so I had to leave and come back with the car and they waited for me
Highly recommend. Always willing to help and honest people. I had an issue with 2 tires I purchased from another business. Their mechanic and Tyler spotted the defect and brought it to my attention. The tires would have been dangerous to drive on and I would have had no idea without them noticing. I took the tires back and without Tyler taking the time both on the phone and via email, to explain everything to the other garbage business (Acceleration Tire in Sackville), I wouldn't have got my money back.
