The customer service here is awesome, very kind, and quick, friendly service. But 2 times now I've been put in a situation where I have to pay for extra services but couldn't drive it off the lot. Once installed air conditioning without my approval. Both times got relatively low estimates and left paying more than double. (In the thousands) I can't be sure anything fishy is going on, as Im not a mechanic, but I won't be returning. Two stars solely for speed and customer service.
Do not take your vehicle here for alignment. They had three different attempts to align my truck and it still pulled hard right and they couldn’t even ensure my steering wheel was aligned. A control arm was replaced and the measurement to fix this camber issue was never adjusted. After the third attempt they did refund me and I was told I would receive a call from the manager after they spoke to their technicians but never even returned my call. Following week I took it to another shop and first try the alignment is perfect.
I recently visited OK Tire at 174 Millennium Dr, Quispamsis, NB, to have a safety inspection done, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Dana and her team were prompt, professional, and courteous, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. To start off, they have been great with bringing the truck back in as soon as they can but it has been almost a month of trying to figure this out and I keep having the same issue. I had my vehicle (tacoma) in to have new winter tires and rims put on, and they have not been balanced properly after now having gone three different times.
