Excellent service and friendly staff.
Personally had a bad experience with OK tire years ago and I never returned back, I'll get burnt once but never twice. Anyways my father went there recently because he was having front end issue that was clearly a ball joint. So they replaced the ball joint on the front end, would you believe that a so called journeyman mechanic replaced the wrong side then charged $500 🤔 unreal. Friendly, fast service, and quality work. I was on a road trip when my tire (previously plugged with a string plug) started leaking, putting everything on hold. OK Tire was able to squeeze me in at the last minute to plug/patch it properly, and the only shop (out of 4) to make any attempt at customer service. I left my vehicle with them and got a call back within an hour and was on my way for a reasonable price.
