These guys went way above and beyond the call of duty for my friend. Her transmission and wheel bearings were shot - right as the warranty expired on her Dodge. They went out of their way to help her save as much expense as possible. As I was picking it up to drive back to Halifax, I noticed another issue, and had to take it back. They diagnosed it at no charge, and showed me how to fix it when I get back to the city. I wish these same guys were in Halifax. Hard to find a mechanic shop as good as this

I recently took my wife's van in without an appointment because of a noise (rubbing) on one of the back wheels. Left the van their hoping they could have a look in the next few days before my wife left for NFLD. They called back that same day and said it was a minor fix and they topped up the fluids. NO CHARGE for any of it! WOW! Dropped of a box of donuts when I picked up the van. I'll be back again when I need work done. and I'll be bringing more donuts!!! AWESOME!!!

There is a ton of fake reviews on here, you can tell by their context and simplicity, just an FYI. Ok Tire Sydney River gave me a decent deal on tires but they stripped my wheel lock taking tires off and didnt tell me. When I questioned where my wheel lock was they sounded like they did me a favor that they put normal luggs on for free. Its ok if things happen but just be transparent about it and tell me upfront. I took my car there yesterday for an oil change, it was my first visit at this business and I must say I was super pleased with the friendly service I received !! They now have me as a new customer…staff were very polite and I felt I did not get ripped off, very honest and up front also price was reasonable..Kudos to OK tire

Thank you to this shop that helped me out in a pinch. Am traveling from California in my 1996 Dodge LTV campervan. Headlights stopped working! They were not getting any power. I was sent around and around by other shops that either could not do the work, were closed, or simply did not have the time. This was rather exhausting given the "interesting" (tough to navigate) layout of streets and odd roundabouts, plus construction and heavy traffic in the area.
