Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable
Made a booking at OK Tire to have a steering shaft replaced. Called on Thursday and got a booking for Friday. Showed up on Friday and was told that we didn't have a booking - it would have been for the day before. That wouldn't have been possible. And then, the guy at OK Tire made my husband feel like shit, told him he'd screwed up. He hadn't. NOkay Tire had screwed up on the booking. Guy got really snotty. Will never go back.
Worst experience at OK tire ever. Worker at front dest has no respect for their customers. No use for making appointment 15 days in advance, you still gotta wait for 2.5 hours for tire change.
Good, fast service. Friendly staff and quick help.
Horrible service. Charged me $170 for diagnostic check. Where everyone charge only $60. These guys are ripping people's money off.
