This is such a great automotive shop. They are very customer service orientated and do their absolute best to accomodate your situation and do you excellent job. We highly reccomend them.
Took our rental car there to get a tire replaced , was told it would be done by 12 , then it changed to 12:30 , then 2:30 Missed a whole day of a family vacation due to the wait No sense of urgency from either person at the counter Extremely frustrating Wound up going elsewhere after all that as they still weren’t sure when the tire would arrive .
This place is everything you're looking for in a shop. John's demeanor from the second he answered the phone was so welcoming and accomodating, he is what so many shops are missing now. I also needed a rental vehicle while my truck was being repaired, I located one at enterprise and was prepared to walk there, but the owners wife insisted on driving me.
