If you want your vehicle fixed right then go to OK Tire in Oliver and talk to Peter. My car battery was drained. Peter sent out an employee to boost my car and then charged my battery up. AND then didn’t charge me one red cent for all the work he did. That, my friends, is Customer Service at its finest.
Disappointed I paid well over $200+ for interchanging my tires on my current rims, and they didn't even put my summers back on my other rims. Not sure why, I only realized that after checking the back of my truck. +200$ is also almost double the price other places charge for the same service (PACE in Penticton for instance charges $130 and also provides every customer with a maintenance reminder on their vehicle with pictures etc...) I appreciate there was no waiting time to get an appointment and they seem friendly and help... read more
Just had four new snow tires installed and balanced. I made the appointment and was delighted that they were able to fit me in the next day. I am very pleased with their professionalism and dealing with Peter was such an unexpected pleasure as most places these days don't seem to care too much for old-fashioned customer service. I am very impressed.
Always a good experience with this crew!!!
