I have been there before and they have beem quite friendly and accommodating...but my last visit...not at all...i had my winters taken off...cost of $141..within 2 days....flat tire...went back and they fixed the valve stem...but the other 3 are damaged as well...every 2 days...my tires are just about flat.. OK tire here told me "its your valve stems".that i never had any issues with before..and its "coincidence" according to Oliver ..that all 4 valve stems just blew...on their own....at the same time? Quick and easy with my appointment for a winter tire swap at a reasonable price.
Went in 2 months ago for an oil change, I said do it on the cheap, as in cheap oil filter, it burns oil etc. Just actually checked the invoice to find out I was charged for a "coolant top up" of $7 and a windshield washer fluid top up of $3. Lol. Thanks. I buy whole jugs for $1 more. I wasn't asked about this, this was just tacked on. Didn't want those, didn't need them, didn't ask for them, but was charged for them.
