Amazing service. The staff was extremely courteous and immediately checked my Volkswagen for a brake concern. The issue was identified quickly, and they looked into part replacement options and other courses of action to help us continue our journey to Alaska. We followed their recommendations, and the service was spot‑on. Ok Tire is amazing! They have been so real, honest, helpful, and accommodating with my vehicle. Honestly! Ok Tire team in Hinton is nothing but amazing! Always making sure customer service is above standard and beyond! They get services done as quick and efficient as they can! They suggested a tow company for me and also made sure to order the parts/tires as soon as my car got delivered to their lot. Thanks again Johnny and Ryan! Its a good shop but they didnt have what i needed
Had trailer tire issues travelling by Hinton. Was able to squeeze me in to get me back on the road again!
