Dropped in for a repair on a puncture during a family holiday so was desperate for some quick service. Despite looking like they were fairly busy there was no issues in looking at the tire & getting in sorted in under 30 minutes & getting us back on our holiday. Legends.
Great service also got a flat after damn willow. Fit me in close to closing got me back on the road. When I went to pay told me all good. Thanks again turned a potentially shitty day into a great one.
Asked to have my engine looked at cause it was making a noise I've never heard of, when I first called, guy was super nice, but when I showed up, completely different experience, guy was rude and seemed like he didn't give a shit. when he heard the noise he said im not touching that thats internal so your gonna have to take that to toyota dealer, got home called my dad and turns out the alternator was pooched he took the belt off and the noise went away and when he spun it with his hands you could hear the noise so the guy w... read more

Shortage of staff its not customers fault. Dont be rude or blame them if you have a lot of customers. Talking nicely specially for some new customers will be nice. Rather than getting frustrated and with the other customers as if its our fault that you don't have enough man power
