I can’t express enough how amazing OK Tire was to me! On Friday I was on my way to Edmonton and I got a flat tire a few kms from town, over a half hour struggling with my tire to change to the donut and nervous with the traffic wizzing by me eventually a couple helpful guys and the cutest pup stopped to help me speed it up sooo after changing it on the highway to a donut and trying to find someone in town to fix it, ok tire said they could get me in between appointments. Grrat shop., i had a flat on my car they fixed it..
Have been coming here for some time, but this recent visit has been extremely disappointing. I brought my car in to have the wheels swapped out, expecting the same level of care and professionalism we've received in the past. However, when I picked up my car, I was shocked to see the condition of the wheels. Looking like they had been thrown around carelessly. There were noticeable scuffs that weren't there before.
