Had my daughters Mazda 3 looked over by my retired mechanic and he replaced all items required for MVI. OK Tire told her she needed the very items he replaced. Told her to pull it and she got it passed no problems at another shop. Wouldn't recommend
I'd give below 1 star rating. Poor customer service and shabby work. I would not recommend. They do not have a clue what they are doing and do not care.... save yourself a headache! Risky business
been going a while now never had any issues with any of the multiple vehicles taken there, they are good at working around when best for us
Do not choose this outfit. They make mistakes and don't own them - dodge phone calls - don't keep appointments or provide updates and they do not consider your time valuable. I wouldn't trust them to touch any of my vehicles ever again.
Been there for 3 times already for an MVI. First one understandably did not passed. Body part was fixed from an auto body shop and came back. Came back the second time to fix other problems for the park brakes, and exhaust leak but I decided to go to a different mechanic. 3rd time today went back and all issues has been fixed, and today another problem was seen that was not mentioned from before. It seems like they won’t pass my car inspection if you don’t do any other service from them.
