We are a regular customer at OK Tire to change our seasonal tires. Next to the tire change, OK Tire provides a free safety/maintenance inspection which turns out to be very useful!! Their service is highly appriciated and therefor 5 Stars.

I called them for a wheel alignment of my car. I was accommodated right away and the service was quick and thorough. Now my car is back in shape. Thank you OK Tire for a great service.
*Avoid this shop. Went in for a simple wheel alignment, come back to pick up my vehicle just to be told that more work was necessary in order to do an alignment. Quoted me over $1000 of work as well as charged me for the shop visit. Went directly to another shop that did the alignment no problem. Unsure if this shop is trying to rip you off or if its techs are unqualified.
Great customer service, kind, and understanding,Huge thanks to the owner and the 2 receptionists who handle my situation about my car shipping and they let me used their parking spot until shipping company pick it up. Highly recommended and will used OK tire in Kelowna bc airport for my future car repairs
