Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the administrative staff were pleasant when booking and I got my winter tires on which seem to be doing well in the snow. I brought in my brand new vehicle (2026) that’s barely used to get my winter tires on. Not a single scuff or scratch, I’m very meticulous with my vehicles…and I’ve only driven it a handful of times.
