I had a great experience at OK Tire! The team went above and beyond with their customer service—friendly, helpful, and truly committed to making sure everything was taken care of. The mechanics are knowledgeable and do excellent work, and the pricing was very fair. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but this one definitely earns it. Highly recommend!

My experience at OK Tire Redwater was extremely disappointing. It took them nearly two hours just to tell me there was a sidewall cut on my tire and to mount the spare. For something that simple, the wait was completely unreasonable. Any other tire shop should would have had me out the door in less than 30mins. A great shop has done it in 15min and got me out the door. To make matters worse, they left my ignition on the entire time and drained my battery.
