If I could rate 0, I would. I made an appointment weeks ago to bring my car in for a tire swap and oil change. I dropped it off at 8am this morning, as scheduled. I come to pick it up at 4:45pm today, only to find that they didn't work on it. Nearly 9 hours and they didn't do a thing. And not even a phone call to advise they were running behind. Not so much as an apology. I will not return. Absolutely unacceptable.
Had a really bad experience at this place. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. No basic courtesy or willingness to help… just attitude. She’s been the same way every time I’ve visited this place. It’s like she doesn’t even want to work there. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend this workshop to anyone, just because of her.
Front-desk lady is consistently rude and dismissive. The mechanics seem good.
The issue with my vehicle wasn’t straightforward. Took a couple of trips in but they were amazing, friendly, and kind. Ryan was my contact person and that guy deserves a raise!
Had my car towed here on a Sunday and they fixed everything up for me and were friendly!
