I don't wanna give a bad review. But I feel like I have to now. Bought new tires September. These new tires had a leak in them in October. Then another tire had a leak in December. And now there is another leak in another tire (maybe it's the same tire!?! We will never know) These "new tires" seem to be the poorest quality ever... First I called and ordered winter tires, waited 3 weeks and no one ever called me back to book in or let me know my tires arrived. I moved on and found tires somewhere else. When I booked my appointment I dropped my car off at 6:35am before they opened, place my key in the drop box and went to work. When I arrived at 3:40pm my car hadn’t moved and turns out the gear heads here couldn’t look fully in the key box and couldn’t find my key. I've messaged OKTire twice on their website to book an appointment but no reply. What is going on here?
Always had great service at OK Tire in Hammonds Plains. The front desk have always done their best to get my in as early as possible and communicated really well if I needed some additional work done at an extra cost and explained what that would mean time wise and extra expense wise. Appreciate their hard work and honesty!
It's a good place to get car service and the prices are reasonable, but they don't have good customer service and it seems like they don't have the patience to answer questions.
