Brought my crown vic in with the supplied parts needed as i thought for sure i had a bent tie rod. They did their inspections and turns out i was wrong. It didnt need any new parts. Just needed an alignment (got cut off and brake checked on ice so it was either slam into curb or slam into idiot who cut me off and i chose curb). Ended up with a screw in my tire, changed it to donut and got to work! Ok tire got me in after my shift. Ali fixed and put my tire on, checked my spare before putting it back. Done in 10 minutes, He was great! Explained the repair, really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back to this location
I unfortunately had a tire issue late last night and OK tire was so helpful at fixing the issue first thing this morning! The front receptionist and technicians were so pleasant and great to deal with as well. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for excellent service!
I had my BMW 330i tires replaced at OK Tire Maple Ridge last week and I can’t say enough about how great these folks are. At first I was a bit worried when I found them tucked away behind a car dealership on Lougheed Highway. However, my car was perfectly serviced and it feels brand new again, with expertly balanced and aligned tires. I will be recommending and using OK Tire again!
