Excellent service, great shop.
My car vibrated really badly on the drive to Osoyoos,so I contacted OK tire.They were fully booked but let me drop my car off at eight thirty in the morning and they squeezed it in by twelve thirty. They balanced the tires for a really great price. In addition, when I asked if they could help the friend who gave me a ride by putting air in her tires, they did so immediately - thank you! My car broke down on Canada Day as I was heading back to the coast, I left it at the ok tire in Osoyoos, as it was closed for the holiday, and a friend picked me up to stay another night. I called first thing the next morning and they had it fixed and ready to go by 2pm! Great customer service and a quick fix, thank you so much!
In my 65 years of dealing with Tire shops etc I have never dealt with an owner as abrasive as OK TIRE Osoyoos. Had a pressure tire gage come on as we got to Osoyoos so we we stopped at OK TIRE. OWNER said leave the car here we'll look after it. Being from out of town I asked how long it might be. His reply " when we finish the others" No possible time frame etc. I understand it's first come first serve but the manager should know approximately how long it might be.A friendly staff checked and filled the tires.
