Took my wifes outlander here for all 3 cat converters and a RR wheel bearing assembly. Was quoted 6.5 hours to do the work so we booked there. Car was scheduled Monday morning at 8:30. By 4:30 I called them cause I hadn't heard a thing. The guy on the phone said it wasn't even close and had no time line on when it would be done.
