Pulled out my summer tires and found a screw from last season. I called them at 12:30 pm, and they said they could fix it at 2:30. I picked the tire up shortly after 3:30. Saved me a huge hassle today.
When they put my winter tires on they lost my all season tires. The only response that I could get was they were embarrass by what happened. I’d give them zero stars if possible.
