Colin and the mechanics at OK Tire were great. I booked in to get my tire patched, unfortunately it wasnt patchable and Colin explained why to me. They didnt have a tire in the same size so they put my spare on, got a tire from Calgary, mounted it and swapped my spare to the actual tire for me. They were extremely helpful!
I never write reviews, but OK Tire in Cochrane really deserves it. They mounted and balanced a set of tires for my truck that I brought to them. One of the tires had an issue balancing (not their fault, the tire had a manufacturer's defect). They worked with me to attempt multiple balances and eventually re-mount a new tire, at no extra cost. They have fair prices, professional and kind staff, excellent customer service, and stand behind their workmanship. 100% would recommend.
The boys are awesome at this location. Super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I switched my work fleet and equipment over to Colin and Rob's team and have zero need to look around for a reliable shop again. Got everything I need here. Ok tire is a franchise but the way the boys run the Cochrane location it totally has the "mom and pop" vibe when it comes to their customer service. Totally recommend 100%
I had an awesome experience with Colin and OK Tire team Cochrane. Professional attitude and very friendly. Clear explanation of a work and price. It’s going to be my first choice for my future car needs.
Pulled out my summer tires and found a screw from last season. I called them at 12:30 pm, and they said they could fix it at 2:30. I picked the tire up shortly after 3:30. Saved me a huge hassle today.
