I was very pleased with the service I received at the Cochrane location. Robert was great to work with and booked me in on the same day that I called for a puncture repair. The work was promptly done, reasonably priced and has held up really well.
Colin and the entire team at OK Tire were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. The quality of their work was excellent, and their customer service went above and beyond. They even stayed open late to make sure the job was completed! I really appreciate the extra effort and would highly recommend OK Tire to anyone looking for great service and quality workmanship.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about Collin, Robert, and the entire team at OK Tire. After calling and visiting several other shops that were too busy to help, I stopped at OK Tire. Collin and Robert took the time to look at my car right away. They were calm, kind, organized, and genuinely focused on helping me. Their professionalism and outstanding customer service immediately put me at ease. They treated me with respect, explained everything clearly, and made what had been a stressful situation so much easier. A sinc... read more
Had a brake issue on a road trip. Long way from home and my destination. Robert was able to get me in and looked after on short notice. Robert was great to deal with.
Colin and the mechanics at OK Tire were great. I booked in to get my tire patched, unfortunately it wasnt patchable and Colin explained why to me. They didnt have a tire in the same size so they put my spare on, got a tire from Calgary, mounted it and swapped my spare to the actual tire for me. They were extremely helpful!
