Very helpful. Went in for tires and they gave me a lot of options. Even some recommendations for repairs I should be aware of.
I discovered a slow leak in my driver's side front tire while overnight Oct. 14, 2025 in Medicine Hat. My wife and I were heading to Calgary. I called OK Tire in Medicine Hat and was greeted by April. She was very accommodating and made space for me the morning of Oct. 15. Their tech found a screw in the tire and patched it. All of the staff were very helpful. We were on the road within the hour. I highly recommend OK Tire for great professional care!
Used them to change my tires in November 2024. I was given a 4pm appointment. Got there on time and had my truck in. The guy on the desk was restless and grumpy because the wheels weren’t coming off with the lug nuts stuck. Kept acting like it was my fault for the appointment time which I was given because it was going to delay their finish time. Then he decided to charge me over $80 just for replacement wheel nuts. I’d give them negative stars if I could. Chancers.
