The mechanics are quite good here but the service writer seems to be a " know it all" type of guy. He interrupted me twice in one conversation and pointed out his years of experience after I informed him that I was a mechanic. Customer service at the front counter needs some improvement.
Thank you to OK tire for saving our weekend away! Leaky tire on the way to the ferry -car packed with two little ones-they fixed our tire at the end of their day and in no time we were back on track. Very grateful for this amazing service!
Asked them to mount a set of tires on aftermarket wheels and was told they couldn’t mount the tires because I didn’t buy them from their company. Used ok tire for years on the east coast and never heard such bs. Save the headache and use the orange guys.

I've been bringing my Ford f150 fleet vehicle to this family owned shop for years. I've never been sold something I didn't need and they always give me a heads up about any issue that might be coming up without any pressure. Since I've moved to Mill Bay I ferry across once a year to have it inspected and any work done. I trust these folks completely.
