After receiving a call back from ok tire regarding a miscommunication in service I was delighted to feel heard and understood. As always service has been fantastic. They also just fixed my boyfriend’s vehicle with no notice and had it back on the road within hours not to mention saving us money with a brilliant solution to our problem. WILL BE BACK. THANK YOU.
I highly recommend this shop. My car broke down months ago,. THey were so patient and courteous while I waited for warranty and financial hardships. They went above and beyond giving me four months while my car took up space in the lot. Staff are friendly and they truly care about our community.
Easy like Sunday morning . Called in for a braking issues . Dropped my car off and within 30 mins I got a call with what the issue was with my brake pedal. Car was completed with in and hour and my isses was fixed. Front counter was great for listening and calling me right away with the issue as well when my car was done . Great service . Thank you.
Not only did they save the day, I literally could not have done it without them. With all the stressful things that need doing in life, make sure you're taking your car to this shop. They will most likely get you in before any other shop in town and if you're in real and emergency like I was. They will fast track their work to make sure they can make it work for you.
