I ran over a bolt that lodged into my tire on my way to work. I called OK tire to see if they can help me out as I had appointments down island . Without hesitation even no they were fully booked they got me in fixed my tire for a great affordable cost, and the customer service was too notch. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all our vehicles needs in the future . Great bussiness and team

I always get excellent service here and have for about 30 years. Recently, I’ve had my tires taken care of by Tyler a few times. He is friendly and efficient and has given me clear solutions. Thank you for your service Tyler and everyone else over there.
One star because I couldn’t leave zero. I had a terrible experience here a few years ago that still bothers me. I showed up at the end of the day to pick up my old Mazda 3 that had been there all day for an oil change. My boyfriend at the time had requested I ask for the shop to assist with loosening a rusted bolt in a rear wheel well as well. I regret making that request.
