One star because I couldn’t leave zero. I had a terrible experience here a few years ago that still bothers me. I showed up at the end of the day to pick up my old Mazda 3 that had been there all day for an oil change. My boyfriend at the time had requested I ask for the shop to assist with loosening a rusted bolt in a rear wheel well as well. I regret making that request. Solid. Straight to the point. Got what I needed. They gave excellent advice, even if I meant they sold one less tire, because my spare was still good. A world apart from Kal tire.
Disappointed, I replaced my brakes all the way around and reported to the mechanic that I suspected my shocks were worn and while the wheels were off, and the brakes were off, would they please replace the shocks because I didn’t want to pay for twice the labor. When I came back, they told me the car didn’t need shocks. Everything was fine. Which I was surprised because the car was making a horrible clunking sound .That was maybe a month ago and now I’m on my holiday in Vancouver paying $3000 to have the shocks replaced all ... read more
