Had an unpleasant experience here . Been using OK Tire 25 years . Was always satisfactory until last week. They told me an oil seal on my rear differential was leaking , even though I’d never noticed oil where I park at home . Vehicle is a 2000 suburban 2500 . 185K They booked an appointment for the following week, and said the repair estimate was $3,300. Later that evening, I asked CHATGPT “ is this cost fair” CHATGPT informed me , cost with parts at a high end repair shop average’s about $1,300 CND in B.C. including parts.... read more

Jason is wonderful! I'm visiting from northern BC and noticed a slight issue with my truck that I thought might be a big issue. I went in and explained I was very tight for time and concerned as I was travelling with my child and he got me in immediately to look at my vehicle. I highly recommend.
