Lug Nuts missing and vehicle returned with dented and scratched siding
OK tire is the best!. I had a flat tire late in the afternoon on a Saturday about 20 miles out of town on a gravel road. Damon answered the call and came out to put my spare on. He then took the tire to the shop and repaired it. He got me going when no one else would even answer the phone! Great service! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Took 1.5H to put 3 beads on- ended up just throwing the 4th one out of the shop and we had to go somewhere else. Went to KalTire in Swan- took them 5m and a way better attitude
Snuck me in on emergency service for rear air suspension. Did -real- diagnostic troubleshooting, not plug-and-chuck parts replacement whack-a-mole. Parts came when they could, repair completed quickly for the quoted price (below expectations).
