These guys deserve a 10 and I wish I could give it to them. We were coming in from the ferry when our engine light came on and our car started acting up. We pressed on to make it to them. They diagnosed the problem, called NAPA and had a part near instantly delivered (like NAPA drove up in minutes), installed it and we were back on the road -- all in ONE HOUR. I had a flat which a wonderful young man helped me fix. I asked where I should go to get my tire repaired as I've just moved up here and he said go to OK Tires. I went 20 mins before they closed on a Friday afternoon. They got me in, fixed my tire, I had great conversations with a couple of them then tire was completely fixed at 5pm on the nose! Thank you so much for taking me in at the last minute on a Friday and professionally fixing my tire. I am so grateful!
First they forgot I was there so 1 hr went by and I had to point out I was ahead of several whose vehicles were being worked on. No apologies or nothing about that. Then 6 month later when I go to change my tires I realized they kept my good tool to remove the anti theft nut and swapped it for a really bad one (to the point I had to go to a tire shop to get those 4 removed). It was nice because they had left the shitty tool in a brand new little OK tire bag for me to find in my glove boxes. Not happy...
Stopped here for a flat trailer tire, the refused to fix it saying it was on the firewall. Force my to buy a used tire for near full price. Was quick to get the work done tho.
Super thankful they accommodated us with short notice AND at a reasonable price! Our long weekends plans have been saved thanks to this team
