Picked up a trailer and my trailer lights weren’t working. Took my truck over and they were able to help narrow down the issue even though they didn’t have time to fit me in for a repair. Made it really easy for me to fix when I got home. Big thanks to George (I believe that was his name) in the shop office, and the mechanic he got to look at the wires/fuses for me for taking time to help on a super busy day. If I ever need work done in Duncan, I’ll be coming here

Have gone here 3 times now. Very professional and organized. Great customer service. This last time I brought the car in, was because the goop that I injected in my flat tire when I got a flat was causing vibrations on the road once it had hardened. I even stored my car for 3 months after the flat tire and goop. I was fully expecting to have to buy a new tire but they called me up and let me know the tire was saved!!
Had to stop by this afternoon after an unknown object struck and shattered my sunroof whilst driving on the TCH this morning. OKTire was my closest car shop and I needed advice. Robert at the front immediately came out to look and got in touch with a local autobody shop for me. They were able to immediately fit me in for a taping/collion coverage temp fix so I could get home to Victoria. Thank you Robert for being so kind, understanding and supportive.
