I had an unexpected flat tyre and had to purchase a new one. They didn’t make me aware they were closed over the weekend and weren’t contactable so I couldn’t get my wheel back, I was stuck in Canmore for the entire weekend and put my whole holiday on hold. My friends had to leave on Saturday, so I was alone & felt unsafe. I had never changed a wheel by myself. The store made a mistake on my wife's invoice for new tires and rims.... Her deposit wasn't credited to the bill and she overpaid by $750. However, when I went back months later to swap summers for winters, the staff caught the error, credited us back the 750, and upgraded our tire purchase. I'm very impressed with how they dealt with the mistake. We didn't notice that we had overpaid.
Found myself in need of a couple tires on an rv trailer just out of canmore. Gave OK tire a call. Had the tires and could fit me in. Didn't even ask the price as I wasn't in a position to debate. Arrived to find pleasant staff, quick great service, and the price was far better than I expected. Highly recommended.
