A shop interested & willing to look after its customers. After a somewhat non-stellar experience ownership (in response to a previous Google maps review) contacted me willing to look at options to resolve the issue. That is, in my opinion, a good sign of a shop looking to do their best. I will be giving this shop another shot at doing an inspection and some work. And will be updating the review following that.
Deserves zero or at best 1/2 a star. Took my vehicle in for an alignment, was told that they could not do the alignment due to some front-end work needing to be done. With the alignment came a front end inspection. The technician doing the inspection was supposed to forward a comprehensive report same day. After repeated phone calls and even stopping in at the shop, I got the report via email almost a week later. Amazing service and friendly staff. I had some scooter tires I couldn’t get on and was out of ideas and they put them on perfect! Would highly recommend.
