If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I definitely would. Originally went to them for a break test which came back that I needed brakes. They were able to replace my back brakes, pads & rotors at a stellar price and had it done within a couple hours. Decided to get an oil change while I was there, & they were super accommodating. This place is great! Yesterday I noticed I needed two trailer tires and we were leaving in a few days. They got us in! And on our camping trips with no worries. Thank you so much
Came in for a tire mount, balance, and wheel alignment on a new set of aftermarket wheels. The service itself was done well and staff were friendly. One thing to note — there was some uncertainty around the lug nut hardware during the install, which required some follow up on my end afterwards. Turned out the original parts were the correct fit for the application all along.
Another great service experience at OK Tire located in Red Deer Timberlands. Plus a great deal on Wheel Alignment Wednesday and thorough related inspection before the alignment was started.
They were able to quote out some tires for me. No hidden charges. Fast friendly service. No need to go to any other ok tire in the area. Thanks Brian. Make sure you go to the Timberland‘s location not the North store
