I didn't even bother to visit the store as the person that answered the phone was very rude over the phone and didn't seem like they would give good service at all. I was surprised as the OK Tire in Nelson is the exact opposite with super friendly and helpful service every time.

Please don’t visit this shop if you want to get ripped. This business charged me $1400 for nothing. Lack of transparency and communication and the owner is so rude instead of resolving the issue. He replaced car parts which were not deemed necessary and never did full inspection to know the real cause. After having the same issue i brought my car back and he said he will have to diagnose the car again and charge me for the inspection. Total rip off.
