Paid to have two of tires patched - it didn’t take on one and when I went back to get it fixed they insisted that I punctured it again and charged me full price. This is extremely unlikely considering the slow leak was at the exact same rate before and after the supposed patch. They clearly missed the actual cause of the leak the first time (nail puncture) and only replaced the valve stem rather than examining the tire. Then I had to pay twice for the same fix. I came to ok tire as my families been coming here for years. I’m truly disappointed with the customer service from here. The main guy who called me is great, but the owner and the man who I was dealing with was not great. I needed a wheel alignment and told them exactly that. I assumed it would cost 1 maybe 200$ for taxes and labour. No worries. I got the bill which was 498$ I asked the clerk what the diagnostic fee was. Stressed out trying to change a headlight bulb. Dropped in and taken care of immediately. I brought the bulbs, one set wrong. They couriered the correct ones quickly. So friendly and accommodating. Clean wait area and restroom. I believe the 2 gentleman were Ryan and Riley who helped get us on the road on time.
