I broke my vehicle and they fixed it. It did take a lot longer than expected but we own other vehicles so that wasn’t much of an inconvenience. I would have given 5 stars but they missed the need for an oil change. It’s 2500 km past time..
Travelling through port hardy and had some trouble with low oil and a possible leak. They were able to get me in right away and diagnosed the issue. Extremely helpful and got us on our way. Highly recommended!
Absolutely exceptional service to get us back on the road and on our way, highly recommend!
Amazing service at OK Tire in Port Hardy! We’re on a road trip from Whistler and unfortunately got a puncture along the way. They managed to get us in straight away and had us fixed up and back on the road within about 45 minutes. They were incredibly helpful and even recommended a nearby café for us to check out while we waited. Great customer service, very reasonably priced, and exactly the kind of help you hope for when something goes wrong on a road trip. Thanks again for getting us back on the road so quickly!
Showed up at 11 wanting 5 tires installed and balanced. They fit me in at 3! Very friendly and professional service. I would def go back
