Walked out of Kal Tire Spruce Grove for the last time and into Ok tire for the first time yesterday. What a difference! Greeted properly at the counter, the tech (Alex) who helped me unload was excellent. Tire job was completed faster than I expected and when we settled the invoice….. way less than I thought it would be. If you are looking to try a new tire shop, I would absolutely suggest trying this team.
Generally, when you take a vehicle in for an intermittent issue and clearly describe the problem, you’d expect some effort to actually diagnose it. I understand it may not show up on a short test drive, but if there’s a stored error code tied to that system, that’s a pretty obvious place to start—especially if the code isn’t immediately understood.
