I had a leaking valve steam, I had them replace it and when it came time to pay they didn't charge me. Great service, polite, clean shop, clean showroom and bathrooms as well.
My boyfriend and I owe a huge thanks to the staff (especially Sukh and Conner) at OK Tire today. We came in after getting a check engine light and having a leak in one of our tires, and they were beyond helpful. They got us in immediately, cleared the code, figured out what the issue was, and patched the tire. Just as we were pulling out, they noticed a bulge in another tire, and managed to set us up with a set of two used tires for a really good rate to have us going safely on our way. Conrad lied to my face about needing parts that weren’t broken on my jeep! Was going to order parts I didn’t need and charge me $150 shop rate to put them in. Just left another shop that showed me the parts he said I needed to replace. 100% did not need to replace them. I am disgusted and will never be back. Imagine how many other people he has lied to about parts and service they don’t need to up the bill! Ugh
Had my truck in there was told half a day then dragged out for a full day had to tell them to slap it back together to take it somewhere else so they then proceed to put lock tight on my track bar bolts and impact them back in.
