Had a flat tire going from West Kelowna to Penticton. Pulled into OK Tire and the owner, Lazlo , fixed it right away! No charge as the tire was purchased from OK Tire. Friendly. Helpful.
We were traveling from Quebec with our fifthwheel and we had a problem with the gas pump of our truck. We had a tight itinerary and couldn't wait days to get it fixed. The morning I called Ok Tire in Summerland, the manager offered to come the same day, and he didn't hesitate to lend us a car. He researched extensively to find the parts to change, he even exchanged a part from his truck to put it on ours cat otherwise we would have to wait another day!! Amazing service. Hello There, I would like to start this review with our appologies to the kind man that waited on my husband and I, on this past thursday, sept 19th, 2024..We stopped by for a visit to the distillery next door , as we left we noticed our jeep tire light was on ,I asked if the gentelmen at OK tire could check our low tire . {i apologize, i cant recall your name} the mechanic was immediately at our service, not only did he check our low tire , he immediately put our jeep wrangler on the scope at no CHARGE, he checked an isuue ... read more
We had a muffler that was starting to rattle, so we called Summerland OK Tire and they told us to bring it in right away and they would have a look. We brought it in and they fixed the rattle for no charge. We will definitely be going back!
