THIS TIRE SHOP DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ROAD SAFETY I arrived at 4:30pm and was asked to wait, and after 20 minutes the rude Owner showed up on my truck door, and refused to do the after latest 200km needed retorque on the trailer. He said we don't do retorque, only if you buy a tire here This shows he is not interested to keep the vehicles safe on the road This place needs to be shut down. I will report the shop to OK Tire customer service, he didn't recognize that he was audio recorded as he was on my door.
Called to see if they had specific tires in stock. Spoke with Wayne. Gave him the tire size and SKU. He came back on the line from having me on hold and said "Can't help you. Bye." and disconnected. Terrible customer service and certainly won't be getting mine or my family's business.
Arrived at 10 am in need of two trailer tires and was turned away saying “we’re fully booked for the day” meanwhile not much visibly going on. I’m sorry but no such thing as a tire shop requiring an appointment last I checked. It’s first come first serve!
